The mission is intentionally narrow, yet the impact broad. This plan is not put forth as a cure for every ill existing in the health care system today. However, unless the issues that cause so many New Jersey residents to be uninsured are addressed, they will remain the anchor that prevents progress. As you examine this proposal, please keep the following mission in mind: Cover the uninsured with a product that is affordable and portable.
